Civic Victory is a consulting organization founded by Mita Miller in Bellevue, Washington to bridge the divide between policy theories and voter action. Mita brings a decade+ of experience collaborating with constituents in Political Action Committees, nonprofit groups, charitable organizations, and branches of the federal government.
Through Civic Victory, Mita has led data-driven strategies for multiple Political Action Committees since 2016, including those supporting three presidential candidates and dozens of state and local candidates.
She served as the primary data analyst to Carly for America in 2016 and later partnered as a key researcher with Keep the Promise III in 2016. Ms. Miller collaborated with America First Action in 2020 to reach low-propensity voters in battleground states and continued similar collaborative work for The America Project in 2022. In the 2024 presidential election, Ms. Miller worked on reaching swing voter households in battleground states.
Mita earned her Bachelor of Science in Statistics and her minor in Justice, Law and Society from American University. She then went on to complete a nine month graduate-level fellowship in Predictive Modeling with an emphasis on data science for public policy.
Mita has consulted for campaigns, businesses, nonprofits, and branches of the federal government on issues ranging from protecting women's sports to managing disaster response and ending human trafficking.
Mita's background includes a foundation in political strategy and strategic communication as well as broad knowledge of survey design and analysis.
She has also played a key role in the application of mobile-device data to predictive analytics and mobile-audience segments for civic and government projects.
