About Civic Victory

Civic Victory is a consulting organization founded by Mita Miller in Bellevue, Washington to bridge the divide between human intelligence and policy action. 

Civic Victory leads impactful market research and intelligence to better understand demographic shifts and emerging behavioral patterns. 

Our research has been used in counter intelligence to combat human trafficking, as strategy to protect women's sports and bring U.S. troops home, in national Political Action Committees, and in predictive modeling for the travel and golf industries. 

Mita Miller leads public policy strategies for organizations across the country with a focus on public safety and the rule of law. 

Mita has led strategies to bring troops home from around the world, protect women's sports, advance parent's rights in education, and combat human trafficking. 

In the 2024 presidential election, Mita's research assisted in registering swing voters in five key states, with a focus on Gen Z and Millennials as well as parents and tech workers.

Mita earned her Bachelor of Science in Statistics and her minor in Justice, Law and Society from American University. 

She then went on to complete a nine month graduate-level fellowship in Behavior Analytics with an emphasis on  public policy in a private D.C.-based fellowship program.

Civic Victory is rooted in the philosophy of protecting a Constitutional Republic and upholding civil liberties for generations to come.
